Defensive Highlights From First Two Games in the Circle
Tia got her first pitching start against 4A Wenatchee, and threw a 1-hit shutout. Backed by big offense, good defense, and helping herself in the box EV got their first win. Tia came in relief in the game against Port Angeles and gave up 4 runs over 4.1 innings against Port Orchard. A great game where EV came up just short in a dramatic come back.

The team pitched by committee developing all four team pitchers this fall. Tia was comfortable getting the start or coming in relief. Tia found confidence in the circle and battled during some tense situations including pulling off 3 k’s with the bases loaded against a rival. Ultimately picking up an illusive a win against them.
